Job Description

Full-time position in COBRA plan administration, regularly working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is Full-time, Salaried and Exempt.

Duties

  • Manage a block of business providing knowledge and expertise in the COBRA benefits industry
  • Provide customer care in the management of client relationships
  • Provide organizational excellence in managing plan setup and administrative compliance, and accounting
  • Must gain extensive knowledge of COBRA Plans through certification within 1 year of hire date. Remain current on all benefit regulations
  • Must maintain high performance in all measured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director or Vice President

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Quick and eager learner and have relevant benefits industry experience
  • Strong organizational skills, including self-motivation, ability to work independently, and be articulate, accurate, professional, and flexible
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Spanish speaking useful

Education and Experience - Bachelor Degree or proven account management or other relevant experience required

Physical Requirements This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
