Job Description

Fulltime position in the NBS service center, working an 8hour shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt.

Duties

  • Answer and respond to participant phone calls, voice mails and emails
  • Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
  • Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor
  • Review and approve reimbursement claims

Qualifications

  • Have strong typing and 10key skills
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be highly motivated
  • Have positive attitude
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Spanish speaking useful

Education and Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
