Job Description

Full-time position in sales and marketing, regularly working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday with 40 + hour work week. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is Full Time, Hourly, and Nonexempt.

Duties

  • Construct proposals and fee quotes as requested by Director or Vice President
  • Coordinate new plan set up between Business Development Director/Vice President and Implementation team.
  • Maintain calendar and inbox for Business Development team members
  • Maintain current department forms for set up
  • Support Director/Vice President with RFP process
  • Coordinates efforts with partners on client events
  • Work together with Marketing Team to develop and maintain marketing materials
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
  • Keep current on all laws and regulations regarding benefit plans
  • Meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
  • Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Vice President

Qualifications

  • Must be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
  • Must be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Personable, highly motivated, hardworking and positive attitude
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy of work and maintain an organized approach to duties and responsibilities
  • Should have strong computer skills including typing and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Flexibility to work outside standard work hours
  • Must work well within a team

Education and Experience - Some college or work related experience preferred. Experience in welfare or retirement industry preferred.

Physical Requirements  - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
